FINISHED WORK OF JESUS
Jesus said before his death on the crosss, IT IS FINISHED!! (John 19:30)
What is that he has finished? He has finished everything we ever need in this life: Peace, Healing, Restoration, Health, Wisdom, Long Life, Prosperity, freedom from Sin, Marriage, Life Partner, wellness in Family relationship, Freedom from darkness and depression, freedom from curse, etc.
PEACE is the finished work of Jesus: Isaiah 53:5 says “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.
The word of God is truth and Life, by believing this truth that Jesus was punished for us to have peace, we can have peace. And he has already done everything to give you peace. Just rest in heart by holding on to this truth will give you victory.
Healing and Health is the finished work of Jesus: I Peter 2:24 says ‘… by his wounds you have been healed’
If Jesus wounded was true, then you are healed is true. This Healing is not just for headache, fever, or some simple pains. This truth works to any disease that suffers you. Because God has said by his wounds you are healed. By simple believe in his word that “I am healed by his wounds” you can see the manifestation of his Healing
Wisdom is the finished work of Jesus: 1 Corinth 1:30 says “ Jesus is our wisdom from God”
God wants his children should be wise and filled with knowledge, James 1:5 says anyone who lacks wisdom shall ask him, and he will provide generously and without finding fault.
Prosperity is the finished work of Jesus: 2Corinth 8:9 says For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich.
According to the above scripture richness in our life is God’s pleasure, he doesn’t want his children living in shortage and poverty. He wants his children blessed in the affairs of money also.
Freedom from sin is the finished work of Jesus: Romans 6:18 says You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.
The day Jesus become The Lord of your life your sins are forgiven, the profound truth is, you are not only forgiven you are redeemed and set free from the power of sin, so you don’t have to sin again, you can keep yourself known that you are set free from sin
Righteousness and Holiness are the finished work of Jesus: I Corith 1:30 says Jesus is our righteousness and holiness, Romans 6:22 says ‘But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.’
Our self effort on righteousness and holiness can never meet the standard God has, so he has given it to us free by us trusting Christ in finished work of him that is forgiveness of our sins. So we can partake of His holiness and righteousness
Freedom from curse is the finished work of Jesus: Ga. 3:13, 14 says ‘Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree. He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.’
Christ has redeemed us from any kind of curse, because his crucifixion on the cross was curse and he took it on him. Believing that He took your curse also on the cross will set you free from any curse on your life.
Freedom from darkness and depression are the finished work of Jesus: Colossians 1:13 says ‘For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son (Light) he loves, in whom we have redemption the forgiveness of sins.
God has already rescued us from darkness and we are in the kingdom of light, believing this truth will help us to overcome evil forces
Marriage, Career, Restoration of lost things, Family, Joy and whatever we ever need are finished work of Jesus: Ephesians 1:3 says ‘Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.’
2Peter 1:3 says ‘His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness’
Considering these scriptures it is very clear that everything we ever need in this is the finished work of Jesus. So we just need to simply ask God and believe it that you have received it and resting for it to manifest in our life.
