Confession against SIN

OVERCOMING SIN AND TEMPTATIONS

 

Introduction:  There is no one in this earth is without temptation in one or the other way, But the truth is temptation itself is not sin and being born again believer of Christ we don’t have to be addicted or enslaved to any sin or traps of the devil. You may please confess these scriptures often and renew your mind to the true identity of yourselves. Bless You.

 

  1. I Peter 2:24 He himself bore my sins in his body on the tree, therefore I am dead to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds I have been healed.

 

  1. I Peter 6:11 I am dead to sin once for all, but I am alive to God in Christ Jesus

 

  1. Romans 8:1-2 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for me who is in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.

  1. II Peter 2:24, I John 5:4 God has completely forgiven me. He is my strength, because I am born of God I overcome the world, I can obey him and I will defeat sin and evil pleasure because my trust Christ helps me

 

  1. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ Jesus who gives me strength – Christ gives me strength to overcome every temptation and sin

 

  1. I Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has seized me except what is common to man. God is faithful; he will not let me be tempted beyond what I can bear. But when I am tempted, he will also provide a way out so that I can stand up under it.
